RETURNS

If you’re unsatisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in same condition as received, unworn and unwashed. To start a return, email us at info@wanderlusthats.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label for a cost of $5. Refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please reach out with any questions.

EXCHANGES

If the item you ordered doesn’t have the right fit, reach out to us at info@wanderlusthats.com to discuss exchanges and we’ll handle on a case-by-case basis. We always want you to rock your gear in confidence!

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If your order is damaged or defective on arrival, please contact us immediately at info@wanderlusthats.com with your order number and photos of the items. Damages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

SHIPPING

Items are only eligible for shipment within the US and territories. Items are shipped within 3 business days. We’ll send a tracking number to your email for reference.
